  • As actors we inevitably have to face judgment and rejection. This can be very tough on someone who is not prepared for it. Having a strong and resilient mind is something that we feel very strongly about and that we know is essential to succeed in this industry.

  • Spotlight is the UK's largest casting platform and resource, connecting performers, agents, and casting directors.

  • On completion of the 6-month programme (stages 1 to 6) you are guaranteed representation by our talent agency. This ensures that you get to work as quickly as possible. Our goal as an agency is to get you credits and experience to then move on to bigger talent agencies.

  • You will be put up for castings by our talent agency. In the meantime we encourage you to keep your training going with our CPD group courses running every month.
